ordinary treatment

The chateau had some charm, I suppose, but honestly, the church tower bells ringing all night nearly ruined my beauty sleep! And woudl ve been nice to receive a complimentary upgrade for my troubles. I almost gave a good review, but the lack of special treatment left me feeling quite ordinary here.
